I'm an engineer who's spent 15+ years in the trenches: writing production code, scaling systems, and shipping products that users actually pay for. I've done the startup thing (3× co-founder), the enterprise thing (10 years at BETA CAE Systems), and now I help European businesses get AI systems into production without the typical consulting theater.

10 years building Qt-based desktop applications for engineering analysis — model browsers, simulation setup wizards, 3D viewport interactions, results visualization. Also co-developed a web application for real-time collaboration between engineers using the company's CAE tools (Java + React + WebRTC + remote screen control). Long-tenure deep-domain experience that taught me how to build software that runs reliably in production for decades, plus early exposure to real-time multi-user collaboration before it became mainstream. The company continued growing after I left and was acquired by Cadence in 2024 for $1.24B.

Co-founder of Jubile Tech Incubator (London). Built and led engineering on two US HealthTech ventures under the JTI umbrella: AskMindi (telehealth, Aug 2022–Feb 2025) and WoundLocal (mobile wound care in Texas, 2024–Feb 2025). Triple role across both: Co-founder of the shareholding company, Lead Engineer, and Tech Advisor. Both products are still operating today.
